For patients 14 to 65 years:

- Therapeutic alliance with a compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

- Screening & evaluation for mental health conditions via in-depth clinical interview

- Education on disorders and their various treatment options

- Medication Management

- Referrals and collaboration with therapists, substance use specialists

- Referrals for full Neuropsychological testing if needed

- ADHD in-office testing (TOVA)

- ADHD Education and Skills based /executive functioning training program

• Medications can be prescribed for symptoms of anxiety, panic attacks, insomnia, depression, OCD, ADHD, and PTSD. **

• Close follow up via tele-health or in person appointments.

** We are unable to treat psychosis, mania (bipolar I) and severe depression. Referral to a higher level of care will be made in these cases.
